		<description>Hi Sammie!  Thanks for your note.  You&#039;ll be pleased to know that I went for a half hour run this morning and did push ups and sit ups when I got home.  Next week I will try one of the at-home workouts suggested on the Booty Camp site.

		<description>Wow, 30 Burpees!  I think that&#039;s a new record!  Kudos to your instructor for adding a little extra &quot;motivation&quot; to get your workout done this weekend.
We really do emphasize accountability in Booty Camp to help you get results.  Your workout in between can be one of the 3 at home workouts provided or even just a &quot;brisk walk&quot; or jog for 45 minutes to an hour.  The point is to get your heart rate up and get a sweat on while developing great new habits of maintaining your fitness level.
Plus it really helps to burn those extra calories and increase your results!
Hopefully your instructor gave you some extra motivation with the 30 burpees to complete your &quot;at-home&quot; workout this weekend.
