What do you usually do to repair a small hole in your tights? I have a pair of Donna Karan Velvet Melange Heather tights that are one of my favorites... but I noticed a very tiny hole on the bottom heel of one foot. That's it, no other holes. I don't want this to open up and force me to toss them. What's the best way to fix this kind of hole in tights? I've used clear nail polish to touch up a snag on pantyhose, but that's usually just a stop-gap measure to get the hose through the day (and toss out that night). Thanks for any suggestions!

I used to keep a plain spare pair in the drawer at work. Because, inevitably, I'd have to go out to a client meeting and I'd snag myself on my desk or something. I don't miss those days at all!
