I visited Shopgirl Gallery for the first time last week for a "Science of Style" event led by my fab friend Wendy Woods.  Wendy is an image consultant and founder of The Refinery, an image consulting services firm.  She offers wardrobe consulting (she will help you create 30 new outfits with what you already own!), colour analysis, personal shopping, and a host of customized shopping tours to suit anyone and everyone.  Wendy kindly offered to do my colours, and I walked away not only with a personalized analysis of what colours are best on me, but also thoroughly enjoyed a couple of hours getting to know Wendy.

I also have Wendy to thank for introducing me to Shopgirl Gallery (Toronto, Canada).  The "gallery" is truly that - it showcases clothing, jewellery and accessories by independent designers and almost every piece is one-of-a-kind and tells a unique story.  Some of my favourites?  Handbags by Mirjana Scepanovic and  jewellery by Stefen Rollpiller, as a start.  If you are looking for a unique piece to add to the basic pieces in your wardrobe or a great gift for a friend that has everything visit Shop Girl Gallery.
