I love a good ruffle (no, not the potato chip).  A carefully placed ruffle can take a plain cardigan or LBD and make it something special.  Ruching, the ruffles distant cousin (I just made that up) is a fantastic way to hide anything you might want to, while highlighting the shape of your body.  The great thing is, ruffles and ruching are not just available on the runway.  You will find them both at local shops and major chains everywhere.

I think if ruching is a ruffles cousin then a tier might be a ruffles older sister...I do like a good tier because sometimes a ruffle is too girly for me but i still like the camoflagy covering.
