Spring Pieces to Add to Your Wardrobe Now

Spring has sprung (as I look out onto the snowy streets from 21 floors up)!  Well, at least in the fashion world it has. Out with the old, fall and holiday merchandise (there are still some great sale finds out there if you're lucky) and in with the NEW.

If you're wondering what to buy to now to update your wardrobe for the transition into spring, look no further:

From Left to Right and Top to Bottom:

Gap High waisted pin tuck flair jean: Adorable with a fitted sweater now, cool with a tank come spring.

Madewell scarf: A printed scarf is the perfect accessory to transition from one season to the next.  I almost bought this one in NY last week and I am regretting my decision not to!

Anthropologie crochet boat neck pullover: Who are we kidding, it is still SO sweater season.  But this one will take you into spring.  Layer over long sleeves now and over a tank later.

Topshop belt: A weathered leather belt looks cozy around a long cardi now, cool around a summer dress come spring.

Central Park West silk blouse at Aritzia: This printed silk blouse would stand out in any season.  Layer under a blazer now and tuck into a skirt in May (hopefully April?)

Butter London Queen Vic nail polish: This is my favourite nail colour all year round.  It adds the right amout of colour to a winter wardrobe, yet is bright enough for spring.  And it's fit for a queen. ;)  (also available in Toronto at Pistachio)

What do you have your eye on right now?

Keners, looking forward to spring shopping thanks to this post. But my problem is that I'm a shorty and flaired jeans would leave me drowning. What's happening out there for little people like me?
