Celebrate Sweater Season

It's time to pull out (and purchase!) those chunky wool sweaters from storage and stack them up in your closet. I'm talking the kind you can only stack three high because they will topple over otherwise. The kind that signals you are headed into hibernation period but will look good doing it!  The kind that are basically a wearable blanket with buttons.  Here are some heavy gauge, wool sweaters to keep you seriously warm and cozy:

1. I like the swingy shape of this Asos sweater. Perfect for wearing during big holiday meals.  :)

2.  This J.Crew sweater is my favourite.  Super warm yet still urban in feel.  I would wear this exactly as the model is.

3.  And this Alpaca/Merino Wool Madewell henley is #2 on my list.

4.  I want to curl up in front of a fire at a cottage with snow falling softly outside and a hot cider in my hand in this Roots cardigan.  Don't you?

5.  This pullover from Anthropologie is so versatile especially in this colour.  Wear it with cords, denim, a skirt, over a dress, you name it.

Stay Warm!
