The adorable friends behind Wear it Both Ways

This week I'm reading about why meditation is good for your health, which pens I should stock in my newly organized study and simple healthy eating tips.  I'm also indulging in a fun new fashion blog and am totally obsessed with Chris Gillebeau's cheeky post on how to put off making important decisions in your life (seriously, read this even if you don't read anything else! It is a kick in the pants!).

If you've been on the fence about meditation, this article from Mind Body Green might convince you to try it.  A new study suggests that the state of mindfulness associated with meditating can truly reduce stress levels and boost immune function.

I am a new fan of Wear it Both Ways, a blog featuring two Gap merchants modeling both the feminine and masculine ways to wear a trend, colour or pattern.  So much fun and I love that the photos are all taken either at Gap headquarters (my old stomping ground) or all around San Francisco!

This timely post from Zen to Fitness has some great tips on how to tweak your diet as we head into cold season.

I am constantly on the search for the "best" everything and my need for pens for our study led me to this geeky yet informative blog on the best pens out there!  This post will help me stock up.

Read. This. Post. Please: How to put off making decisions about your life.

My friend sent me this awesome video of 25 ways to wear a scarf in 4.5 minutes.  Time to get creative!
